Our Humble Beginnings and Growth

Our journey started in 1979 in Karnal, Haryana, when we opened a small retail pharmacy right in front of the Karnal Civil Hospital. From the very beginning, our goal was simple to serve the local community with genuine medicines and heartfelt care. Over the years, this pharmacy has earned the trust of thousands and is still one of the most reliable medical shops in the area.

In 1990, we expanded into wholesale distribution, taking on the role of C&F (Carrying and Forwarding) agents for top multinational pharmaceutical companies. This move helped us build strong relationships with leading medical brands, and this part of our business continues to operate successfully even today.

Our next big step came in 1995, when we set up our first medicine manufacturing unit under the name GMH in Karnal. This marked our entry into the world of pharmaceutical production. This very site now serves as our company’s head office.

As demand grew, we shifted our manufacturing to Baddi,Solan (Himachal Pradesh) a fast-growing hub for the pharma industry. Today, we proudly run four modern manufacturing units in Baddi, producing:

(2). Capsules
(3). Ointments
(4). Dry syrups
(5). Injectables

We also operate a fifth unit in Karnal, which focuses on cosmetics, herbal products, and nutritional supplements.

Looking Forward with Purpose

From our Karnal head office, we manage exports to several countries and also handle the domestic marketing of our own brands in pharmaceutical, herbal, and wellness categories. Over the last 40+ years, we have grown steadily, guided by our values of quality, trust, and innovation. What began as a single pharmacy has now transformed into a well-respected healthcare company with a global presence
